Do you also get stress from a very long to do list?

That’s why i stopped working with to do list. In stead of that, I’d close my eyes, focus my attention on the projects I’m working on and listen to what comes to mind.

After a minute or 3 I open my eyes, have a clear and realistic list of things that I can do today, within the given time, and I start doing them.

This way, I get the things done which are important without stress.

Love to hear what works for you? Do you work with to-do lists, apps, methods?

Please share.

Thanks, sat nam (truth is your identity)
